ON FIELD · TREVISO
Three years across established companies and sports projects. I don't commission content: I shoot it myself, on site — arena, ski resorts, mountains, events — then I edit it, publish it and optimise it against performance data. I run Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for awareness, consideration and conversion, coordinating internal and external partners.
Before producing anything I look at who's around: competitors, sector trends, the language that works and the space nobody has taken.
Website, SEO and keywords, social profiles, database: I photograph the starting point and work out where users are lost.
I agree with the team what "going well" means before we start: numbers, deadlines and the metrics to check every week.
My favourite part: I go where things happen — arena, ski resort, mountain, event — and film, photograph and edit it myself.
Multichannel content plan, newsletters and paid campaigns: every piece goes out where the right audience can actually meet it.
I read campaign, CRM and analytics data and turn it into decisions: what to keep, what to cut and which format to push next month.
Four different sectors, the same job: go where things happen, tell the story, then measure whether it worked. Sport · Mountains · Energy · Inclusive sport
My YouTube channel: anime, reviews and TV series rankings. I write it, film it and edit it on my own — it is where I experiment with formats, titles and thumbnails with no client involved, and where I see straight away what really holds the attention of an audience under no obligation to watch me.
